If you order between Mondays to Friday we’ll despatch the order same day and you’ll receive within 3-7 working days depending on your shipping location.

If we have run out of stock and can’t despatch your order the next working day, we’ll email or phone you with a revised despatch date. You can then either accept the revised delivery date or cancel the order, as you wish. This means that these goods will normally be despatched within 2-3 working days of ordering. If despatch is going to be longer than 5 working days, we’ll contact you with a revised date which you can either accept or cancel the order, as you wish.

Returns, Replacement & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the goods, they can be replaced, or alternatively, a full money refund, provided it is returned within (14 days UK) or (30 days EU & Overseas) from receipt of the goods, UNWORN (except for trying on purposes of course). NOTE: Jackets that are personalised with insignia, or that have had any form of customised sizing are non-returnable.

Currently, despatch time is approximately 2/5 days. However, this can change on a day to day basis, depending on how busy we are. Please feel free to email to check on this. UK: Your order will be sent by DHL or Royal Mail Signed for Service.
EU: Your order will be sent by DHL Euro Plus. Transit time will vary depending on which country you are located in, but an average time to be allowed is 2 – 4 days. The package will require a signature at delivery.
Outside EU: Your order will be sent by DHL Worldwide Air Mail. Transit time will vary depending on which country you are located in, but an average time to be allowed is 5 – 10 days. You should be aware that delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties – these charges are not refundable on returns.
